Paul was my Best friend, he had such a contagious laugh and he knew exactly how to make me smile
everytime I was down.
He wasn't a biological brother but we classed each other as brother and sister cos our friendship
was so strong and we shared all our up's and downs life threw at us...
We were attached at the hip basically for many years.
He absolutely doted on his niece Nikayla, my Angel Girl and their bond was unbreakable just like
ours....
He also was there doting on my big belly when I was carrying Maleiya (Born screaming March 2003)
I moved to the city and when Nikayla passed away, my bro was there to hold me as always and watch
out for me....
We would speak for hours on end on the phone and the protection he placed around me made me feel
bullet proof....
He called me one day and he was in distress and sounded really down, he asked me to go back to
Whyalla to be with him, as I was on crutches and financially couldn't, He agreed to jump on the bus
days later and come stay with me for a while....
I was so worried and from that next day I started having a bad feeling inside, I knew I had bad news
coming, but didn't know what....
I got a phone call days after this dreaded feeling with the news that my brother had been found in
his house after being deceased for 3 days...
39 years old, so young....
His estimated date of death was the 5th of January 2005....
I was the last person he spoke to and i'll never forget the tears i heard him shedding on the phone
that day and wish I could of been there....
I'll never forget the last "I love you sis" and i'll treasure our memories for the rest of my life,
I can see him up there with Nikayla sitting part of her on one of his shoulders and the other on my
father's, being the devoted Uncle he was, the picture on the main page is of him holding Nikayla on
her First Birthday....
Ive been told by so many who knew him that is one of the best photo's of him as he truly looked so
happy and content....
I'll never forget the laughs we had and all the times we picked each other up, He will always be my
best mate and brother!
He had 4 beautiful kids who are growing beautifully but sadly without their Dad, Paul's kids were
his world....
His kids are Ashley, Scott, Anna and little Michael....
His cause of death is unknown....
His ashes stand in my shrine with his nieces Nikayla....
Rest in peace brother, I Love and Miss you to no end.... Always!!!!

Jus reminisin'
Just thinkin bout all dem times we would sit around with a bottle LOL and you and the way you'd be so protective... The night we were in my kitchen pi*sin on and the way i told you my x had treated me and your eyes rolled up to the roof (a trait of yours)...(especially when you were half full or full lol) and your sllluuuuurrrr when you'd say "Naaaaaahhhrrrrr, ang on'" and that would be it, you'd be talking to the wall as if it was the person you would wanna be givin a peace of your mind, body language and all to match the ssslllluuuurrrr!!!! LMFAO!!!! Yeah it's ok, I know u & I were the biggest critics of each other when it come to payin each other out, but it always ended up with us crackin' up so hard and goin' on & on & on LLLLOOOOOLLLLLL!!!!!

I Miss ya so much! Hope you were cheerin' ya baies up for Father's Day....
Remember that time you called me and told me that you stacked it in the shower!!!! LOL
You were over 6ft tall!!! And you slipped in the shower and went to grab hold of the shower head to hold you up and it snapped on you! and you went down with a slippy slide thud! then you got out and tripped over your motorbike parts and smashed ya knee!
Boy did you have me in stitches! just the way you told me and we laughed about it forever!
Remember the day it had been raining and we both had our bottle in our hands staggering across the medium strip in the thick wet clay and i slipped and grabbed you and we both went down like a right pair! slippin' round in the clay mud tryin' to help each other up hahahahahahahhahahahhaha cars driving by and people starin and we were just laughing so hard it was so funny!
I still have the jumper of yours that got stained with bleach from when you hugged me when I had hair dye in my hair, man, i never heard the end of that one Lol!
Sh*t I miss you bro, you were the bestest mate i'll ever have, so pure, so genuine!
So funny, no one could get a word in edge ways when we were together in a room Lol, we always had a good laugh paying out all them people who thought they were 'all that' and you'd always be there to fight the boys off crackin' onto me Lol

Hey Paul,
Hope you are having a blast in heaven mate, Tho we only met a couple of times and had a few chats i felt the great person you are. I guess you can probably see how our family has grow, wish we could have all spent some great times together like your sis keeps telling me you guys had. I'll never forget the ... stalling ..... that time we headed back for the bus, guess its crazy how these things turn out, kinda wish the two of you had have been a little more successful but such is life. Miss you Paul and thinking of you. hope we can all give you some laughs as you look down on us. Keep smiling mate
